Skilled Careers | Bishopsgate

Skilled Careers  is one of the UK’s leading professional search and recruitment consultancies for construction, engineering and property. They were already tenants of the above-mentioned space when we learned that they were  planning to refresh their office space in the City of London. We instantly clicked when we presented our ideas and Skilled Careers have now become our preferred solution for finding new talent since completing the design and delivery of their new look London office.

It was important that the works were planned to minimise disruption to the operation of the London office and their people so we agreed to close the office for 2 weeks to allow an intense programme to completion. Fortunately, we had a healthy lead in period and were able to thoroughly plan procurement; all pre and post-construction details to ensure that the mutually agreed deadline was achieved. The London team were thrilled with the results when they returned from annual leave and working from home.

The improvements that Egg were encouraged to introduce, brought a cohesive theme of positivity, stimulation and collaboration.

A small but demanding workplace project that has been rewarded by the thrill of meeting our targets and positive feedback from Skilled Careers.
